1. Services

Nexova Hub provides digital marketing services including Meta Ads Management, Website Development, and Social Media Management. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement will be agreed upon separately with each client prior to commencement of work.

2. Payments

Payment terms, including amounts, schedules, and accepted payment methods, will be communicated and agreed upon before a project begins. Ad spend for Meta Ads campaigns is separate from our management fees and is paid directly to the relevant advertising platform unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in a pause of services until outstanding amounts are settled.

3. Refund Policy

Fees paid for services already rendered (including strategy work, campaign setup, design, or development already completed) are generally non-refundable. Any refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of Nexova Hub. Ad spend paid directly to advertising platforms is non-refundable through us and is subject to the platform's own policies.

4. Liability

While we apply industry best practices to every engagement, we do not guarantee specific results (such as a fixed number of leads, sales, or return on ad spend), as outcomes depend on numerous factors outside our control, including market conditions, platform algorithm changes, and client-provided assets. Nexova Hub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables created specifically for them (such as website code or ad creatives), unless otherwise agreed in writing. Nexova Hub retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a client requests confidentiality in writing. Any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or proprietary processes used to deliver services remain the property of Nexova Hub.
